All financing is subject to approval, underwriting criteria, and execution of a formal loan agreement. Approval is not guaranteed, and terms may vary based on creditworthiness, business financials, and other factors.

4. Application Process

4.1 Submission

By submitting an application, you authorize us to:

• Verify the information provided
• Obtain credit reports and business financial records
• Contact third parties (banks, vendors, credit bureaus) for verification purposes
• Share your information with underwriting partners or co-lenders when necessary

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of your application and potential legal action.

4.3 No Guarantee of Approval

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or constitute an offer to lend. All applications are subject to our underwriting criteria and final approval.

5. SMS Terms & Conditions

5.1 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month, depending on your engagement, active applications, and promotional campaigns.

5.2 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive services or complete your application.

5.4 Message and Data Rates

6. Fees and Rates

All fees, interest rates, and repayment terms will be clearly disclosed in your loan agreement prior to funding. Fees may include:

• Origination fees
• Servicing fees
• Late payment fees
• Prepayment penalties (if applicable)

You agree to review and understand all fee disclosures before accepting a loan offer.

7. Repayment Obligations

If you accept a loan offer, you agree to repay the full loan amount plus interest and fees according to the terms specified in your loan agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in:

• Late fees and additional interest charges
• Negative reporting to credit bureaus
• Acceleration of the loan balance (full amount due immediately)
• Collection actions, including legal proceedings

8. Use of Funds

Loan proceeds must be used for legitimate business purposes only. Prohibited uses include:

• Illegal activities or prohibited goods/services
• Personal expenses unrelated to business operations
• Speculative investments or gambling
• Paying off other debts to SRA INVESTMENT GROUP, LLC (unless explicitly approved)

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SRA INVESTMENT GROUP, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SRA INVESTMENT GROUP, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
